I had a great experience at Dream Loft Rajska. the owner was super accommodating, meeting me late at night when my flight landed. the location of the apartment was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and recently renovated. the beds were cozy and the kitchen had everything I needed.

Centrally located, safe and cozy apartment with contactless check-in. Clean, spacious for 3 adults, and windows facing inner courtyard for a peaceful sleep. Conveniently close to train and bus stations, with grocery store nearby. Owner was accommodating and there are great dining options in the area.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with nice beds, a large kitchen area, and a cosy bathroom. It is conveniently close to the city center, making it a comfortable walk to go sightseeing or enjoy a nice lunch/dinner. the train station is also just a few minutes away, making it easily accessible.

Felt right at home instantly, no complaints whatsoever.

Hiking in the surroundings was surprisingly fun, considering my fabulous choice of footwear. The concierge service was quite helpful, especially when they kindly provided me with a map to navigate through the treacherous streets.

The hotel's idea of a "concierge service" must be to leave guests guessing where to go. Very clever indeed.

The hotel's general areas were also accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and easy-to-navigate spaces. It was a relief not to have to worry about stairs or narrow corridors.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the children working there.

The staff, especially Alicja, were incredibly helpful and caring, even going above and beyond to assist us with our forgotten suitcase.

Some guests noted that the carpet was not clean and had hair on it, which could be a concern for those who prioritize cleanliness.

It was great for getting around the city easily. , having a small grocery store in the same building was a nice bonus, as we could easily grab any essentials we needed. The apartment itself was clean and recently renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. The beds were cozy and the shower had plenty of hot water. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the walls were incredibly thin, and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms.
